Principle of Hydraulic Brinell Hardness Tester

Our PHB-3000 hydraulic Brinell hardness tester has the same structure as that of the King Brinell hardness tester made in the US. The portable instrument has a hydraulic system, and applies test force by means of a handle. It is the only portable hardness tester with 3,000kg test force, and ball with the diameter of 10mm, in compliance with standard Brinell test conditions. With the testing conditions and accuracy compliant with ISO6506.2 and ASTM E10 standards, the hydraulic Brinell hardness tester can be used to test castings, forgings, steel products, non-ferrous metal and various heat-treated semi-finished metal workpieces.
